Got a new set of stock replacement Trd brake pads. Sorry for the confusion.
I was told by toyotapart.com
Subject: DIRECT STOCK REPLACEMENT??
Status: Closed
Solution: I'm sorry they are only for the TRD big brake kit option.
but

lists them as stock replacements with part # PTR09-34002-11 for the BBK. So I'm going with what these guys have listed.
Still up for sale.
Goes for $100+ online.
