I work as a Project Management consultant for the Department of Energy. I get to work on a lot of really cool nuclear projects like the DWPF and DUF6. Right now I'm working on taking care of some U233 in Oak Ridge, TN. Soon we are going to be working on building about 6 Nuclear power plants around the south east.

Computer Operator. Basically monitor all the systems that our help desk would get a call about, and try to catch problems before they are an actual problem. This is the basics of the job, I run a lot of different processes and back-ups, and have to deal with hardware and switches a good deal as well. The job is very lax, we typically just watch TV and surf the net, but we always have to keep a sharp eye out.
