Looking good. I would give some thought about adding a oil cooler.

Got everything back from paint. Got catch can installed. She's running. Took it for a ride and pulls nice. Got morimoto fogs in. Cut the back of the scoop so it's functional. Haven't put the rear body kit on yet. Waiting to get leaf springs installed before I do that. Got gauges in and installed.

Started the lowering process. Tried some xii mono leafs with 2" blocks. Frame was sitting on axle too low lol. So I need to get cnotch and figure out what to do. Just have the monos now so it's lowered 2.25 in the rear.
Just got djm front arms back from powder coating and putting it together with factory struts I painted.

What exactly does putting 4x4 leafs on do? I've been trying to track this down since I have a set of springs from an 11 Tacoma siting in the garage with like 10k miles on them? Any tips would be much appreciated and thanks in advance.

4x4 leafs sit on top of the axle. while our xrunner 2wd leafs are under the axle. when u take the 4x4 leafs and install them like 2wd ones under the axle it lowers the truck. people have been getting different measurement. ive heard from .5" - 2" of drop. i never did it tho. running mono leafs now.

how is the drop difference measured though? are certain years known for dropping more/less? Being that I have springs from a 2011 with extremely low miles on them, how low can I expect the truck to drop?
