Well its been about 4 months now since the build has been done... ya ya ya i know, its about time i did this.. so heres a run down of most of the stuff done.

First off i want to give thanks to all the XRU family for the help along the way, and my two guys here in town, Walker owner of MPFab for the fab work and Reed owner of Work turbochargers for the turbo

05 xrunner
currently running the GT35 ( new turbo waiting to be installed TO4S 60-1 w/ full billet compresser back)
running 8 psi
46mm precision turbo WG
668cc injectors
TurboWerx scavange pump
URD walbro 255 kit
50mm BOV
AEM FIC
Mishimoto intercooler
JBA long tubes
Centerforce stage 2 clutch
Gauges are - VDO boost and oil pres. and Innovate MTX-L wideband
Saikou Michi catch can
B&M SS
SS drop (when its was SS)

the exhaust is all 3" SS tig'ed turbo back with a 18" magnaflow
all the hot and cold pipe was HAND cut by me and taken to be tig'ed piece by piece

all of the tuning was done be me and my brother, AFR's right now look like 14.5-14.8 under NA and under boost running a bit rich at 11.5-11.8 under full boost
with the GT35 it starts spool at about 2900 rpm and full boost at around 3300 rpm, i running a lager turbine housing so it spools a little later, the new TO4S i have should start spool at 2500 rpm and see full boost at no more than 3000 rpm

i havent dynoed yet waiting to install the TO4S

i know im miss a bunch of stuff but i cant think of all of it. i have some videos but havent posted up yet ( takes me a hot min to upload videos) in the mean time hope yall enjoy the pics!

Fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinalllly!!!! Woot!

Looking great man! How do you like the responsiveness right now? I bet it feels so much better than stock. ;)

I saw the one pic of your wastegate, but is that how it is currently, or did you add a dump tube or route it back into the exhaust?

right now its pretty good, will be alot better with the TO4S on there, the WG is just dumped like you see it, sounds great, it not a BAAAAAAA...sound more like a WAASSSSSHHH sound...lol
ive been thinking about puting a small pipe to kick it out from under the truck alittle.. pluming it back in would require some "refab" of the exhaust..but its going to have to get "refabed" anyway for the new TO4S, the housing on the GT35 is the 3" 4 bolt and the new is 2.5" 4 bolt, i got a adapter to convert it to v-band...

agreed.. the guy that did my fab work said the same thing ... NO rear mount.. that when he came up with the fancy mid mount. i like i alot, the only way people know it turbo it the intercooler and it spools up...hehehe

and everthing is tucked up real nice on the underside all the hot pipe is routed underneath next to the trans and block so no outside of the frame rail pipes like on the rear mounts, there really no lag at all, as long as you have to proberly sized turbo, mine just spools at a higher RPM with the larger A/R turbine housing.. i think its a .86 on the GT35 the new TO4S has a .48 i think.. a bit to small i think, but thats what my turbo guy built for me.. so we'll see on that...

Beautiful build man! You are really close by, if you ever need a hand or are in the Pensecola area, give me a shout!

Love the fact that we are seeing more boost on these trucks!
