Thought I would share my simple build

Bought it new in mid October 2014









Fresh off the lot. My first brand new vehicle that I bought myself! All on my own!



Brought it home... Picked red cause there a lot of black here in Hawaii and I'm not a blue kind of guy

First mod within 2 months

Djm 3/3 drop kit





Front finish



Gotta let the new suspension settle down for the true 3" drop



Also made a new front plate bracket

Cut my front grill for a more cleaner look and for a future mod



I was waiting forever for the fit kit for the biggest mod



Installed in February



Put the TRD SC stickers on my fenders and got my custom plates XMPLRY





I bought this truck cause I needed a work truck. I actually sold my Lexus is300 auto for this sport truck

Was running it like the way it is for a while...

Then time for some bolt ons!!

K&N Polish intake for the bling factor lol



Then not too far long some long tubes!



So that was my set up for another long time...

Now it was time to get serious. I did alotta thinking.. This isn't my first boosted project, and thought I would take the jump and get the 2.7 pulley! So now time to order PARTS!!

Urd maf cal with map sensor

Had to do some trimming



Installed with scan gauge



Also installed a aeromotive 340 fuel pump and did the fpr mod also got Urd 170 thermostat

Tried to dyno tune it.

Unsuccessfully they didn't know how to tune the maf cal. Truck was running like crap went to another tuner and with the same results. Wasting time and money..



Tuning like crap on the dyno and worse on the road. So decided to try it myself

I seen how the tuner set up the table and it was pathetic!! I started from scratch! With couple issues I finally figured it out!! Took me couple thousands of miles of street tuning but I finally did and I think the k&n intake was making it really tough! Since I FINALLY got the truck running "ok" I ordered more parts lol

The stock brakes are trash!

I also decided to cut the hood scoop to make it functional and put hood spacers. The scoop really makes the trd sc much more cooler!

Since my clutch was slipping.... Only at 20k miles

Comp clutch with flywheel and Urd throw out bearing upgrade kit






Sold my Urd SS and upgraded to B&M with TRD knob






Now it bites super hard no slip at all!! I also installed a Detroit tru trac lsd!!

I wanted to install in on the passenger side just to fill up the empty space there





Now there's too much polish things on the left side lol
Had to try even it out with polish battery tie down and TRD oil cap


Also have the TRD radiator cap

Yea with the blacked out lights I think it looks really nice. But I'm just gonna have a stock apprerance maybe just wheels and that's it. The reactions I get when I race people in this truck is hilarious. They think I'm a joke until they give me a run lol
