Just curiosity, how many miles you think these trucks go for?
the most ive seen so far is around 190k

you guys seen more or around when is it time for a new engine ? lol

imho you cant put a mileage on these trucks. If you dont drive hard and always service it it should last for a very long time after all it is a toyota. but there is some times when it just goes boom for no reason

depends on how you treat it. Keep it stock and take care of it, and it should last a long time.
There are guys heavily modified and boosted that are approaching 100k.

Treat em right and like Black X said they'll go forever. I just did a timing belt on a 2000 taco with 250k today, and everything still looked good engine wise...

I,m right at 98,000 and just changed the factory plugs at 96,000, and it runs great.

I'm at 74,000 and, like Gunner, just changed my plugs... still goin strong

I hope to keep the Taco as long as I did my 86 Mazda, 400,000 km(240,000 mile) and 20 years. See who goes to rest first me or the Taco. I don't drive as much.
