im gonna get one of those mini 8 balls that they use for like the kids pool tables. i think that will work better in the truck. i think that a normal size ball will be too big. granted, i have huge hands i just like something to fit IN my hand. oh and my buddy is getting me the white TRD shift knob out a TRD FJ cruiser that is at his work. someone is gonan be pissed haha.

I think a pool ball is a perfect size. If I am not mistaken too...the TRD shift knob is about the size of a cue ball. Can someone verify this?

I'm probably going to pick up a cue ball from a local distributer this weekend. I forgot who done this mod before, but to that person what type of drill bit did you use and how did you modify it to screw onto the shifter?

the one i had made used a insert that i jb welded in :top:

the only problem is that the cue ball matches nothing in our interior and looks really out of place

I guess i'm the only one that likes the stock one... hehe...

Although on my ranger I did install another one. It was some celtic design, anyhow it was the same weight, but I like the leather wrap on my XR.
