i can't remember but i think so. i know i had to remove everything under the passengers seat for all the extras (ipod, sirius, hd radio). i believe the converter was removed from under the console.

i will give it some time here and if nothing i will use ebay to get it out of the house. thanks for the comments on the setup, as much as i miss it, i don't have the time, money, or desire to put it in the new vehicle.

it sounded awesome. with 500 watts going to that little 8, it put out a lot of sound. it wasn't boomy from blocks away but it was very tight bass.

because of the depth, the back seat was fully functional.
