Yea, personally at 10lbs you start to feel something. I had mine set to about 10lbs just to have a decent inflation on the bags. I had mine to about 40 psi when I had 2 motorcycles on the bed. Bottomed out maybe once with a 1,000 mile trip. -

Voted for the Spec-U which was the one that I wanted to end up with. Now for the coating, I strongly recommend you to get it coated. I went cheap with mine and the headers had a light layer of rust within 1 year.- FireB
