Review: BrakePerformance.com + TRD Pads
Slots, dimples and holes all reduce performance when using higher end pads. They were added to rotors when the pads out gassed causing a gas barrier and didn't allow direct contact with the rotor. *Best tire for Stock rims*
A real sleeper tire is the continental DWs. They have outstanding wet performance and wear decently on heavier cars/trucks. V12 would be my second choice. I am on my 2nd set on our g35 sedan and they have performed wonderfully.- scareurpasenger

Max camber front and rear with zero toe all the way around? Zero rear toe would be odd. Caster seems like a good idea but you are right it can creat more negative camber than the car/truck can use and reduce the contact patch to nothing.- scareurpasenger
