well thanks for the tip on the drum.... ill probably replace them anyway... one less thing to worry about down the road already tried the hammer... no go... kinda suprised it doesnt have an access to the adjuster from the back like most- ddunbarxrunner

dont get me wrong i love my truck but i fricken HATE toyota well the updated TOB hasnt squeeked yet... TOB #3 i dont know what they changed... but it does have a new part # thats the only reason i caved and paid for the clutch and TOB cause it had a different part# so i figured they must...- ddunbarxrunner

i had brought my truck in a few months before i put CC clutch and TOB in cause i was hearing a squeek (the TOB) but i didnt know what it was.... they told me they couldnt hear a squeek.... i had just got my dual exhaust made and figured it was rubbing on the spare cause it was a tight fit...- ddunbarxrunner

January it hasnt been a year yet well they swore up and down that the clutch and TOB was bad... and were hinting at telling the warranty company that the transmission was damaged due to abuse.... but i had that problem in 5th gear ever since i bought it used with 20,000 miles on it but it...- ddunbarxrunner

oh realy ... i got a better question for you then..... in january i had my truck at the dealer about a shifting issue in 5th gear a tranny specialist said that my syncro was bad.... but all they did was replace a shift fork and made me pay for a new clutch and TOB (which i had already replaced...- ddunbarxrunner

question about seat covers
if you disconnect the battery and wait 15 min it will be fine ... you may have to take it to the dealer after you reinstall the seat and have the airbag light reset ...- ddunbarxrunner

I got robbed! no, literally.
geico sucks so bad.... ( i work at a body shop) i have geico too... and the coverage sucks balls but i usualy fix my own stuff and dont claim anything.... you should switch to nationwide and get the factory parts endorsment that way you always get toyota parts and dont get hack job aftermarket...- ddunbarxrunner

question about seat covers
well i dunno if your seat cover says "srs" or "air bag " then its in your seat cover my truck doesnt havem. but i would agree unless they have seat covers specificaly for airbags it wont work on seats with airbags no matter where they are located it will be clearly marked "srs" or "airbag"- ddunbarxrunner

well i dont know how it is from state to state or one insurance company to another but usualy you can claim window damage on your comprehensive insurance much lower deductable if any than if you claim it on your collision collision being your fault comprehensive being a total accident- ddunbarxrunner

side air bags only go off in a side impact or roll over front air bags go off in a front end collision only i just worked on a vw jetta that had side curtain airbags go off on only one side cause it started to tip- ddunbarxrunner

what kinda collision was it.... where was it hit never mind i saw it ..... is the grille broken at all ? just looks like a head lamp and a hood? i think an after market h lamp is about 140 and an aftermarket hood is probably a 200-300- ddunbarxrunner
