I figure out the noise. The guy that installed my TRD SC over torqued the camshaft pulley with 270 foot/lb. Should of been 270 newton/lb.
He cracked the pulley and a piece was floating and making the noise. When engine oil started leaking we figured it out. He had to replace pulley and gasket...
I just installed it this week. Sound loud when i start it. But sounds normal at idle and driving. Sounds loud when I turn it off to. Has new serpentine belt and SC belt. Guys over at tacoma world says it sounds normal.
