I have been asked by a few people to do this, so we are doing a group buy for a fuse box cover.

Here is a pic of one I made for my truck.
shift2027.jpg

shift2044.jpg

This is 1/8" thick piece of gloss black acrylic that has been cut with a laser and laser etched. The one in this photo has had the logo painted RR & clearcoated. It is attached to the stock fuse box cover with VHB tape (very high bond). This is what partially holds the TRD spoiler on the tailgate. I will include the tape.

Here are a couple of ideas to choose from:

HighVoltage1.jpg

Price is $55 shipped to lower 48 states. Add $5 for PR, Hawaii & Alaska.

If you want the logo painted BSP, RR or SWB and $10.

The price for "STYLE 5" will be quoted when you pm your idea. The laser has to be programmed and that requires time. Some designs are going to take longer than others to do. So if you have an idea, pm me and I will quote you a price.

I will cut this off at the end of the month. You can pay anytime up to the end of the month. payment can be sent via paypal to jcschoppe@stress.com.

It will take two (2) weeks to get these made and shipped.

1. Coupe, Style 1, use "COUPE" for screen name, paint RR.

If it's not painted, will it come out the same way as the TRD CAI cover?

Yes. The laser will leave kind of a "grey ghost". As I remember, you did not paint your CAI cover, so it would match.

Still pretty relevant. But why not make a Coupe's Kit?

Shift knob, intake box lid, fuse box cover. All in one.

I could do this, but the coordination could be a little involved. Doing the CAI lid and the fuse box cover together would be pretty easy. This the same basic operation, one sub-vendor is involved.

The shift ball goes to a different machinist, different sub-vendor.

Both sub-vendors have different schedule problems.

Add to this, that each of you want something different. Or at least a little different. That means I can not order ahead.

For example, I might 6 shift balls with X-R on the sides, with a 6 speed shift pattern on top, in the color red. Next week everyone wants white. The red ones sit on the shelf, until someone wants them, which may be in a week or maybe in a year.

The CAI cover and fusebox cover have so may possibilities, that you could have a crap load on the shelf before they all sell. (If you order ahead)

With all of that said, usually when someone asks for something "special" I try to do it.

One other thing, to keep the prices reasonable, it is usually cheaper if you go the machinist with a quantity order, instead on a few.

Ya I figured the uniqueness of these products would yield a problem. Unless you set a specified design and color scheme for the packages. :dontknow:
