Bypassing clutch accumulator

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't our accumulators used for emergency stopping? In the event that the system looses fluid, it allows for a few brake applications?

Ahhhhh who needs to slow down or stop? Faster, faster........

The accumulator mentioned here is in the clutch hydraulic system. I believe it restricts fluid flow to allow smoother engagement for novice drivers. When I took mine out I gained clutch travel for my dual friction clutch to allow it to fully disengage, the clutch became easier to depress and had a better feel.

Took mine out as well. Gives a great pedal feel and much more clutch control IMO.

Hey, I'm interested in doing this mod........can someone tell me what size and thread fitting should I use to do this.

10 mm x 1.0 pitch to 10 mm x 1.0 pitch union.
