i think i am purchasing the pioneer AVIC-D3 and i was wondering what dash kit should i go with taco tunes http://shop.tacotunes.com/product.sc?categoryId=5&productId=25 but i heard there shipping sucks or metrahttp://www.amazon.com/dp/B000K4V5DC?smid=A2YLYLTN75J8LR&tag=cnet-ce-20&linkCode=asn but i think is gray and wont match the stock interior or get it directly from sosche its the same one from taco tunes except the tool kit but its 4 dollars cheaperhttp://scosche.com/products/productID/444 help lol i jsut dont wanna get the radio in befor the dash kit and i dont wanna get a pos one either any one that can help thanks

ebay has them too.. u can get any double din dash kit for an 05+ tacoma.. i like my scosche kit.. they're all over ebay. a lot of the ebay kits come with wiring harnesses now too..

those are exactly what ur lookin for.

one is single din one is either or.. u can find others on there. i just searched tacoma dash kit and those are the first things i saw.

thats the same thing i posted in the above post. its great. i love mine. no dash kit will be a perfect factory kit, but u won't see that with the headunit in.. u'll be paying attention to the headunit..

What about the harness...? Could a "good" installer wire the new deck without having to have the harness? The Ebay dash kit doesnt come with one, and spending 53 on a dash kit is fairly expensive. I wonder why they dont offer the dash kit *single din* and harness without all that extra bull**** you dont need =/.

I ordered my headunit from Crutchfield. It came with the Metra dash kit and a wiring harness. :top:

Hey bro thats a single din kit, if your getting the Avic D3, you need a double din kit, that one wont work
