Just wanted to let everyone know I am not playing favorites when it comes to what request I do. I try different things with peoples request and I am still learning things on my PS program. I have only been using this PS program for about 3 months. So there is still some things I haven't figured out how to do. If I try it and it doesn't make me happy I don't post my experiments. Also like I said before I am not going to go searching for pics. So please post the pics you want in the thread. The higher resolution the better. Learn layers and layer masking that is how you do rims.....

Go to the layers palletee to the right...or to the layers tab at the top to creat new blank layer.....

Doubleclick the background layer in the layers pallette to set it to layer 0...
this means behind it can be transparent or "Alpha"

seriously jump to layer masking...its easy with fast results.
