I finally got around to the rear brake conversion. It was a bit of a challenge but finally got it done.
Here are a few pics. You do have to grind the top of the axle housing a bit to allow for the relocation of the abs sensor and manipulate the brake lines to fit. I didn't get a pic of the grinding portion but it is easy. The hardest part of the whole thing was the little spring caps behind the axle hub circled in yellow!!!! The picture is before I moved them around to clear the axle. Here are a few pictures. I will be doing the master upgrade in the near future. I didn't take as many photos as I would have liked but it did improve the braking of the truck. I know some say it is money wasted, I beg to differ. Maybe I can test it one day against a stock X and report back.

Looks good. Its always bugged me that these trucks have rear drums. How's the e-brake feel and hold with that set up? What are using for front brakes, stock or??

You're currently running stock master and BBK front and rear? No rear locking on hard stops? Good pedal feel?

That is correct. Pedal feel actually improved slightly with rear disk conversion. No locking as abs does its job. I can tell you this....when I did have an abs issue the rears did lock on hard stops. Now that abs is functioning again, no issues. The new master should sort out the pedal feel and locking. I will test this by unplugging one of the rear sensors.
