Steering Wheel Interface????

Does anyone know what type if interface is used for our trucks or if you have one what is your opinion on it?? And any good sites to get a deal?? I've read some that you have to program manually and one (Metra Axxes ASWC) that programs itself automatically. I have a Kenwood DDX418.

I don't personally have this but I have bought other items off of tacotunes and they were awesome to work with.
