Toyota XR Vs Chevy Xtreme

How do the s 10 xtremes compare to us na guys performance wise??? I got one who calls me out then pops smoke before I can even get in to start her up

I haven't ran one but I used to have one. Unless the extreme is modded to the wall it won't stand a chance.

Idk about the xtreme, but I used to have a s10 zq8, most people don't know what they are. But it's basically a 4.3 with a 5spd and much better gearing, better suspension and rear end, and no body kit (when compared to a standard s10, not an xrunner) Honestly I think one of them stock would take an x stock. The gearing alone makes a huge difference. The gearing and transmission in general in an x runner is a joke. And most xtremes are 4 bangers, and they're all automatics.

How easy is it to do a LSX/T56 transplant? That would make that truck scary fast. A blown LSX...wow!

My xtreme was the 4.3 but it was auto.

I knew a few guys back on the day that had v8 swaps...still an ungly truck. I like the look of the colorado extremes especially the 4 door

Just based off having driven several of both trucks.
I think with a decent driver the X will take it.

It's pretty simple. There were kits to drop in ls motors and drive lines into those things.

Like a small block to big block kit for Mopar guys.

I have a 2 door s10 Xtreme blazer with the 4.3 and a 4 speed automatic my non boosted X will definitely take it
