Tuner style lugs that don't rust

When I bought my Varrstoen wheels, I bought the tuner lugs that came with them. They've worn horribly - extremely rusted. Anyone have recommendations for some tuner-style lugs that won't rust so badly?

I've had RAYS for years, with zero issues.
