as far as i know, this is the only xrunner with a single turbo and tubular manifolds!

and ive spent about 4500 , thats using all stainless and way over doing some things

what type of manifolds did heloboby run? i know he was running single turbo on a 1gr. kit is still floating around, not yet to be reinstalled.

bobbys kit was the stock manifolds modified. thats why he was able to run such high boost, bc of the design.

like when you install headers and your trd psi level goes down, due to better flow

Umm... Header design pre-turbo has very little effect on dictating what kind of total flow the engine will have. Turbine wheel choice and hot side a/r are the big factors in that. You can't compare a TRD supercharger dropping PSI with headers to a turbo setup of any sort. Don't forget, there is a wastegate to regulate the amount of boost pressure by regulating the exhaust back pressure pre-turbo. All things being equal, Pre-turbo back pressure would be nearly identical due to the wastegate. I'll venture to say your manifolds might make slightly more power than mine did at the same psi. The spool time, however, would probably be a lot better.

ok fair statement, werent you also running a larger turbo then me?

I hit 5 psi today at 1/4 throttle at 2400 rpm gigigigigity

No, I had the same compressor wheel but my turbine wheel was a stg V in a .82 T3 exhaust housing. Slightly smaller than yours. I had full boost right at 3000rpms

(EDIT) My turbo was not ball bearing also.

ya mine is ball bearing, so that should help. your was a t3?

but whats the plans for the truck now?


and ds, no more than 1/4 throttle

I have a Precision 6262 on the way for the S-Runner. We should run in a couple of months :)

when rexrunner races his truck all he does is hold up traffic =((
