Have very few left out of the first batch. They are shipping in URD Supercharger kits only for now.

When we get the second batch done they will be made available again.

You just need a standard USB Printer Cable. The flat side plugs in to your PC and the square side plugs into the UCON's communications port.

The calibration files are currently in 3 stages:

Stage 1, with cats

Stage 2, without cats

Stage 3, turns on 7th injector, same cal as stage 2.

Keeping things real simple for everyone.

G

Thank you. Went to my local shops and all are closed because of Easter. Ill pick one up tomorrow.

I was just wonder when you loaded my "stage 3" on the x-1 if used the same chart? with out the cats?
to turn on 7th?

Stage 3 would be for no cats, but no 7th. The 7th injector cals where 4 and 5.

For URD Supercharger systems we did just the Stage 1, 2, and 3 like now.

I'm curious if loading the file for ucon before start up is like the x1. Turn power on then wait till check engine lite stops blinking then start. I'm just so used to just starting it right up.

So yeah I miss read the USB to serial port reply. I bought the wrong one. USB to serial port. Serial port doesn't fit my computer. So ill be picking up the standard USB to printer with the square end for the communication port on ems.
So after I get it all hooked to my lab top, are the cal files preloaded on the itronics software?, or do I need to call you g?
Thanks

Very strange.

I ran your unit in my truck for a few days and it was GTG.

Just take it out and get it back to me and I will replace it with a brand new unit.

Just out of curiosity, how many tunes are there for the ucon? Trd tunes and Urd tunes. I just spoke with urd support today and they set me up with what I guess is a base trd supercharger tune. Would this be better vs a dealer reflash or the same? Regardless tech support is pretty awesome.

The UCON crushes the TRD reflash in so many ways.

We have calibrations for N/A, TRD Supercharger reflash/non-reflash, and of course the URD Supercharger Systems.

The E85 thing is not a high priority because so few people are running it, but you will be able to do it two ways, the USB on the fly thing or install the ethanol sensor so the UCON will know your ethanol content and automatically adjust the calibration for proper operation without any user input like the OEMs do it with their flex fuel vehicles.

G
Any update? How to connect the ethanol sensor to the UCON?
