uhh well do you wax regularly. if so then you'll be wiping that right off. maybe do it with a dry one.

Yes, it will eventually destroy your paint. ANY type of dust or dirt needs to be washed off. Plus water is not a lubricant at all. Just wash it with a microfibers and carwash soap and water then dry it with a chamois of super absorber. No cotton either because the cotton fibers scratch paint.

if its just from a day of driving..and it wasnt dirty just some dust build up..not enough dirt that consist of an actual wash. then just use a california duster and then a Microfiber and a quick detail like NXT or mothers on a dry microfiber. Id use some good ones for this..not all MF are the same

Go to a paint supplier and get a Kozac. Weird name I know, but all the anal a$$holes (like me) use them. It is similar in concept to the california car duster but far superior. Body shops use them for a final prep before delivery. $10.00 each and they are bigger than a chamois. Instructions clearly on the package, and when you wear it out it works great on wheels.:top:

Yeah, wash it in between washes ;) No for real, i've never heard of or seen anything that's purpose is to keep a vehicle clean in between washes.. Just wash it and wax it more often!

I'm no expert but it seems to me like the truck should really be sprayed down before being wiped with anything... Why not just wash it once a week to keep it clean?

I use the yellow micros from Costco, never had a problem. I was told also by a detailer to use what I mentioned before along with these and it will do the trick. It's what he uses.
