Hey Gadget, I'm considering the Spec U Headers for my X, but I was wondering how much louder my truck would be. I'm running stock exhaust right now and was wondering if the sound would be similar to this FJ Cruiser with the TRD exhaust and Spec U Headers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yzUl5vVfEQ Did your test truck have stock exhaust? What did you think of the sound? By the way, the Spec U Exhaust in your videos sounds amazing.

The test truck we used in the dyno test was completely stock other than the URD Spec-U headers.

I really did not notice any increase in noise. It still had the rear cats and stock exhaust.

If you are going to remove the rear cats also, get the Spec-U exhaust. We have that combo with the headers sounding very nice without the highway drone and NO RASP.

About a month or so.

If you want a set I suggest you get your order in now. The last two batches completely sold out before we got them done. If you wait til they are in stock, well, you will likely come up short.

It didn't seem to work. Have to spend my money before fire season's over, while I still have it.

Hey Gadget. I was looking at your website the other day. For the Spec-U headers for pre and post air injection models.

I'd like to make a recommendation on something I noticed which I think could help future buyers.

To add in your own recommendation to also purchase the AFR extension harnesses so that the can install the sensors into the collectors. Obviously you and I know that the extensions are the best route to go, but someone not as knowledgeable would not be so wise to that.

A link with a description of what and why, I think would really help reduce possible confusion.
