I think I paid $450 for an hour of dual in the R44 to try an get the cob webs beat back a bit.

I think it is an ass load of money. It took a huge jump after 9/11 due to the insurance cost increase.

When I was in high school I worked at the local airport pumping gas for $4 per hour. Every time I saved up $13 I jumped in a Cessna 150 for a half our solo. That plane rented for $26 an hour wet back then. We had a 182 retract that rented for $60 per hour and that seemed insanely high at the time.

My problem is every thing I like to do I need to rob a bank to be able to do it. Why can't I just have normal interests??
