I want a traction bar but I would never buy anthing without knowing what it is going to cost me. Why is there no pricing? Is it because a lot of people signed up, and are still signing up so they don't really need to give much of any special pricing? A lot of us want to know what we are paying for a product.

They go for 489.00, which Im sure you already knew. From what I heard G is putting an order in based on the list. I dont know if there will be much of a discount off the original price, but it cant hurt getting in on the group buy. Who knows when these will be available again. I know Id be pissed if I missed out, especially since these bars are a "must" for our trucks.

I assume Gadget's pricing on the traction bars is mostly set by his supplier. So he won't know what kind of break he can give until he gets his pricing for however many units he orders. He's not going to give an answer until he knows for certain. Like he said though there isn't much wiggle room on pricing.

Not saying this is how it will happen, but the way G usually works the group buys is adding a limited run coupon code to the checkout. Say 20 units. First 20 people with cash ready using the coupon code get the group rate. Just because you don't sign up now doesn't mean you won't get the chance to buy a traction bar. I am sure some people that signed up will not come through when the time comes to pay.
