Thank you Gadget. :top: Simply amazing how much torque there is at ~2k RPMs, and how flat that curve is.

I can't wait to see a new dyno with the smaller pulley!

Neb's URD SPEC-U headers install and dyno. Post #103

http://www.xr-underground.com/forum/showthread.php?p=938311

Loving the low end torque increase with these! Its hard to see on the graphs 'cause they don't go that low, but you definitely feel it. Exhaust note is awesome too. Sorry about the video quality, but you can still hear it. Overall very very satisfied with my purchase.

For the runs:
Same dyno, 5 days apart, same gas (92octane)
My truck is almost completely stock; just TRD S/C and a borla muffler. So I'm sure there is plenty of restriction in the intake and y-pipe (not for long!). The ONLY difference here is the headers. Best of 3x runs for both days.

Thanks for puttin the graph together Gadget!

Just got a set of these in the mail! Hope they live up to the hype. I like the little bit i got from the smaller pully but i was kinda expecting to feel a little more. I just want to be able to feel a difference with these. I get pissed when people say they do a mod (intake) and can feel the difference, then dyno it at 4hp. You cant feel 4hp.....

Im just worried about being able to get things apart. Im a 2013 but everything is all rusted to hell down there. Im picking up new studs and nuts just in case i snap stuff. I get neevous ever time i do a mod because half the time stuff goes wrong/ not acording to plan.

In accordance with this thread, i would like to add dyno numbers to this list some time this summer.

Do it. :top:

Just installed the spec-u headers! Took 3 buddys and myself like 6 hours to do. Had to torch some stuff as well as drill and tap some broken bolts.

Love the extra push. I feel more power from these than the supergrip pulley.

Just one problem, i wasnt clear o one of my friends during the installation process and now i have a broken clock spring :(

Yeah living in maine sucks. Most the time was spent trying not to break stuff that was corroded. And im a 2013. When stuff did break everything slowed down.

Is your truck outside of the recall time frame for broken clock springs?

Planning on jumping to the 2.7" Pulley from my current 2.8" and looking for a ballpark estimate on where I will be with my setup:

AFE Stage 2 Si
TRD S/C
URD 2.8" Pulley (currently but switching to 2.7")
TRD Flash
Deatchswerks 255 Fuel Pump
TRD Injectors
URD Spec-U Headers
3" exhaust
IPT Valve Body Upgrade

360ish RWHP?

Have you dyno'd before?

I don't remember what the average gain is in hp from the added boost. I imagine it will be close to there though. Change your fuel filter prior to installation. Monitor your AFR's.

Do you have the FPR mod attached? If not, and you notice it being a tad to lean, then hook it up and test again.

I have not. Will try and get in after the pulley swap though.

Fuel Filter.. check. Good thing its an easy inline filter now thanks to the Deatchwerks upgrade! :)

The FPR.. I have played with it, didnt need it, but I will check again after the swap and keeo an eye on things.

tbh.. was hoping for more than 360..

Get that dyno done. You have to start the pull no lower than 3k rpms.
