Wrong its 115 for the tacoma's.:biggrin:No there is an electronic governer...theres another post on here about it. you can hit 125 in 5th and have another gear to go. The tacomas are governed to 105 the x is to 125 or 126..

Correct 95-04 is 105, 05+ is 115.We'll I've only been to 100 in my 2006, but in the 1997 its 105 period!
yea, for me anyway. I take the Autobahn to work. Anyone know what would happen if you put a toggle switch inline with the VSS and disconected it when you want to go fast.just out of curiosity...
is there really a point to needing to go faster than the speed governor will allow?
i mean seriously, i wish the governor was set at 90.
racing on public streets/freeways is bad, mmmk?normal driving i dont need to go above 90. if i want to freeway race, i get beat at the top end because it cuts out at 125mph.
Matt ,I'm so jealous of you being in germany, would love to travel the "no limit " highway!:driver: :top:
